Delivery of digital products is typically instant to 24 hours after purchase, depending on payment verification and system processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by payment authorization delays, email deliverability issues, or other factors outside our control.

3. Delivery Fees

There are no shipping or delivery fees for our digital products. The full price is displayed at checkout, and no additional charges apply.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your download link or access credentials. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder to ensure you receive the email.

5. Taxes

Everlife is not responsible for any local taxes, VAT, or similar charges that may apply to your purchase based on your country of residence. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processor verification, email deliverability issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you have not received your digital product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at contact@everlife-group.online and we will investigate.

7. Undelivered Downloads

Everlife is not responsible for download links or access emails sent to invalid or inaccessible email addresses provided at checkout. If you did not receive your download email, please first check your spam/junk folder, then contact us at contact@everlife-group.online and we will do our best to resend or assist you.

8. Incorrect Email Address

Please ensure your email address is correct before placing your order. Everlife is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect email addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@everlife-group.online.
